The current month’s meeting agenda is posted on the Welcome Page of this site.
The Fairpark Community Council recognizes and respects the relationships that exist between many Indigenous people and their traditional homelands. We acknowledge that our neighborhood is located at the base of the Wasatch Mountains in the Salt Lake Valley, on the sacred lands of the Goshute, Navajo, Paiute, Shoshone and Ute people. We honor the original ancestors of this land and offer respect to all that live in our community.
Note: MEETING NORMS
In the interest of everyone’s time, our community council meetings must be conducted with respect. Please observe the following practices for our meetings:
• Please refrain from talking to the people around you and hold your questions until the end of each presentation
• If your question is not answered at the meeting, we will provide a way of contacting the presenters directly with your questions
• Take notes to save questions until the presentation is over.
• Foul, abusive or hateful language cannot be tolerated. Anyone using such will be asked once to stop using it, and if used again they will be asked to leave the meeting
