Fairpark Community

The Fairpark neighborhood in Salt Lake City was established around 1902, driven by the construction of the permanent Utah State Fairgrounds, which has since hosted annual state fairs for agriculture, rodeos that garner participants from surrounding States, and many events like music festivals and skate competitions.

The area was sparsely developed before the establishment of the Fairpark, but it has since become a central hub of culture fusion, rapid development, and a future of incredible possibilities in civility, transportation, economic opportunity, and family-focused development to the West of Salt Lake City.

Utah’s State Fairpark generously hosts our community gatherings for free, and has many events coming up for family, friend group, and date night opportunities.
