Fairpark Community Council boundaries

The Fairpark Community is the home of Utah’s State Fairpark, which hosts the annual state fair and many other local events. The State Fairgrounds are rich in history, which can be found at the Utah State Fair website.

The Fairpark Community Council consists of our neighbors living within the Fairpark Community boundaries, and provides residents with valuable information as well as a voice in addressing City Planning and policy issues that affect this community. Please see the map to find out if you are eligible to participate in the Council.

Meetings take place on the 4th Thursday of every month at 6:30pm (except November and July).  The December meeting is held the first Thursday. We hope to see you there!

Note: MEETING NORMS
In the interest of everyone’s time, our community council meetings must be conducted with respect.

The Fairpark Community Council recognizes and respects the relationships that exist between many Indigenous people and their traditional homelands. We acknowledge that our neighborhood is located at the base of the Wasatch Mountains in the Salt Lake Valley, on the sacred lands of the Goshute, Navajo, Paiute, Shoshone and Ute people. We honor the original ancestors of this land and offer respect to all that live in our community.
